    Are you an experienced Probate Paralegal with a strong background in trust and estates law? Join our Trust and Estates Practice Group in Boca Raton! SourcePro Search is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a law firm setting to support attorneys and provide top-tier legal assistance.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys within the Trust and Estates Practice Group.
    • Prepare probate pleadings, legal documents, and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Marshal inventory and manage the distribution of assets.
    • Handle IRS forms, including gift tax (709) and estate tax (706) returns.
    • Record deeds and documents with courts and utilize E-Filing systems.
    • Proofread all correspondence and legal documentation for precision and quality.
    • Assist with billing tasks, including preparing invoices, cover letters, and maintaining client billing records.
    • Communicate daily with clients in a professional and confidential manner.
    • Prepare documents for client signings and ensure all required paperwork is finalized on time.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a law firm setting supporting Trust and Estates Practice Groups.
    • Skills: Strong written communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload.
    • Initiative: A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
    • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with IRS forms, E-Filing, and billing systems.
    • Professionalism: Exceptional client communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
