A growing probate litigation practice is looking for an Associate Attorney to join a team that values excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Research complex issues related to trust & estate litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
Support cases from inception through trial
Make probate court appearances
Assist with probate, conservatorship, and guardianship matters
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and handle smaller matters independently
1-3 years of probate litigation experience
Strong legal research and persuasive writing skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
California Bar membership
Strong academic record; law review is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $125,000-$170,000 (based on billable hour track)
1,550‑ or 1,750‑hour options
