Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Toledo is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our supportive in-house rehabilitation team.

This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking to supplement their current schedule while providing valuable coverage for our therapy department. We are specifically seeking someone who can assist with PTO coverage, holiday coverage, and additional PRN needs throughout the year.

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license

• PRN availability for PTO and holiday coverage

• Ability to provide additional coverage as needed

• SNF/LTC experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable, flexible, and patient-focused

• Experience with Net Health is a plus

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Work with residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

• Collaborate closely with PTs, nursing, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health

• Help maintain continuity of care during staff PTO, holidays, and other coverage needs
