  • Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 yr of acute ER experience.

  • Skills checklist
  • BLS & ACLS - Certification (must be from AHA- American Heart Association)
  • NIHSS
  • PALS
  • 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
  • Driver's license
  • Covid Card
  • Flu shot
  • CA State License
