Position: Private Practice Dentist

Location: Olathe, Kansas

Raybrex Dental Recruiting is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Practice Dentist to join our client in Olathe, Kansas. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for growth and development within the practice.

This is a 4 day a week work week. Practice is open 5 days a week.

This is an 11-operatory FFS/PPO practice.

Averaging 75 new patients a month.

Staffed very well with hygienists and Dental Assistants.

Compensation is based on experience. Daily guarantee to be discussed with dentist owner. 32-34% based on collections.

Labs paid by practice.

Technology: Adec, All digital, Sirona CBCT, iTero and Trios and Dexis. Dentsply.

Buy in is an option and will be discussed at 6 months in.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages

- Diagnose and treat oral health issues, including cavities, gum disease, and other common dental problems

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques

- Create treatment plans and discuss them with patients to ensure understanding and consent

- Perform routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other dental procedures

- Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to provide comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and techniques in dentistry

- Uphold the practice's standards of patient care and customer service

Requirements:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited university

- Active state dental license in good standing

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a private practice setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care

- Ability to work well in a team environment
