What You’ll Do
- Provide expert neonatal care in a multidisciplinary NICU setting
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff on patient management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education
- Engage in family-centered care, supporting NICU families
- Contribute to protocols and practice development within the NICU
- Support well-baby coverage and participate in unit management
What You Need
- Required: Board Certified Neonatal NP (no PAs or other NP certifications accepted)
- Minimum of 0 years of relevant experience; new grads encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality neonatal care
