    Senior Private Client Relationship Manager –Orlando, FL

    FinTrust Connect has partnered with a well-capitalized regional banking institution to identify a Senior Private Client Relationship Manager. This is a high-impact, client-facing advisory role focused on long-term wealth stewardship and full balance-sheet counsel, not transactional selling. The right candidate will serve as the relationship quarterback for high-net-worth families, coordinating integrated banking, lending, and wealth solutions.

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in private banking / private client advisory / wealth management (senior, turnkey profile preferred)
    • Bachelors degree required
    • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 65/66
    • Life, Health & Variable licenses; NMLS registration
    • Strong preference for CFP
    • Demonstrated experience advising HNW/UHNW households ($5MM–$50MM+ net worth)
    • Ability to independently discuss (at a high level) estate planning concepts, market/economic conditions, asset allocation, and credit strategy, then coordinate execution with internal partners

    Description:

    • Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of complex HNW families; deliver full balance-sheet advice across deposits, lending, and wealth solutions
    • Coordinate internal partners across investments, trust/estate, mortgage, and credit to deliver integrated recommendations (you are the cornerstone of the relationship)
    • Maintain and grow a strong COI network (attorneys, CPAs, family offices) to drive high-quality introductions
    • Advise clients through liquidity events, estate transfers, and life transitions with tailored planning and credit strategies
