    Description

    This Principal PM-T will own the overall Premium Ads CX strategy for North American Stores, which includes a major ads revenue opportunity, direct experiment ownership, and cross-org (NAS + Ads) scope.

    In H1 2026, we partnered with the Stores Monetization team to prioritize a Stores + Ads initiative to (1) design new elevated brand-forward placements, (2) deep dive on the drivers of low ads penetration for Stores Premium Brands, and (3) propose a go-big plan to experiment with fully sponsored and hybridized brand-forward Premium ads placements in H2'26.

    This Principal PM-T will own the H2 experimentation plan, with dedicated 20+ tech resources from NAS + Ads. They will also own the go-big 2027 OP plan.

    This PMT will define how Amazon monetizes Premium brand relationships- a net-new revenue category that doesn't exist today. This Principal PM-T is expected to drive one of biggest contributions of incremental Premium Impressions/Glance Views, directly driving Premium Units/CP, while simultaneously driving new ads monetization.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    - Bachelor's degree

    - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

    - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

    - Experience technical product management

    - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

    - Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements

    - Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

    - Experience working effectively with science, data processing, and software engineering teams

    - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.

    - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

    The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
