About the role:
As Principal Lease Advisory Surveyor you will lead lease advisory, valuation and estate management work across a varied commercial portfolio, working independently and using your own initiative. You will report directly to our Head of Commercial Real Estate and act for both landlords and tenants on complex instructions from instruction to completion.
Candidates will be MRICS qualified Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers, with extensive experience across all commercial property appointments, including lease advisory, valuation, estate management, service charges and agency.

Our clients are mainly corporate entities and public sector bodies, with North Yorkshire Council as our principal client.
