THE POSITION
As a Principal Integrated Supply Chain Project Manager - S/4 Repair & Overhaul here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing transformation initiatives across our maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) value stream. Drawing on your experience in aerospace aftermarket and service operations, you will lead highly complex projects that strengthen repair and overhaul execution, improve service levels, and align operational outcomes with business objectives and enterprise strategy.
The Principal ISC Project Manager serves as the business owner for solutions across the end-to-end repair and overhaul process, defining transformation priorities, representing business needs, and driving alignment between operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, and design during the SAP S/4 program.
Your expertise will extend to mentoring cross-functional teams through complex MRO transformation efforts, including repair planning, material availability, shop floor execution, turnaround time improvement, and regulatory compliance. Beyond execution, your impact will be felt in the development and implementation of advanced project management methodologies, tools, and best practices that elevate service delivery and operational performance. You will identify and prioritize transformation opportunities, define scope, and establish clear goals and deliverables by collaborating closely with stakeholders across supply chain, repair operations, engineering, quality, and customer support. Your responsibility extends to monitoring project progress, implementing proactive risk mitigation strategies, and providing regular, insightful updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, dependencies, and opportunities. With strong knowledge of MRO processes, leadership, and communication skills, you will be a key driver of success in our dynamic and global organization.

The first autopilot in 1914, Charles Lindbergh’s first successful solo flight across the Atlantic in 1927, Amelia Earhart’s landmark flight in 1932, and the world’s first sonic boom in 1947, were all made possible because of aviation technology developed by Honeywell and its legacy companies.
During World War II, the groundbreaking cabin pressurization system developed by Garrett, Honeywell’s integrated C-1 autopilot, and the Norden bombsight made high-altitude bombing first feasible. Sperry instruments and navigation gear, Bendix electronics, carburetors, wheels, and brakes, and Grimes lighting systems were widely used on World War II aircraft. These innovations were later implemented successfully in civilian aircraft, helping the post-war boom in passenger travel.
In the 1950’s, Honeywell Aerospace and its legacy companies changed the face of flying with the development of the first gas-turbine engines and the ring laser gyroscope, which dramatically changed guidance and navigation forever. Sperry brought computer technology to the cockpit with electronic flight instrument systems, flight management systems and other digital technology, and Bendix introduced the first commercial weather radar system.Today, Honeywell Aerospace continues to innovate in the frontier of flight safety with traffic alert and collision avoidance technologies, the AlliedSignal Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System, and systems that help pilots avoid severe weather and hazards such as lightning and wind shear.
