    Contract to hire opportunity (or full time salaried) opportunity for experienced enterprise level Financial Business Partner. 
    Client Requirements:

    • Local to Minneapolis area, hybrid onsite 3 days/week
    • Work authorization status: US Citizen or GC holder

    We are seeking an experienced Finance Principal Business Partner to support financial reporting, planning, pricing, forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives across multiple business areas.

    This is a highly visible, data-centric role that will function as the primary financial partner for a designated technology service area. You will work closely with Service Owners and business leaders to provide end-to-end financial oversight, strategic guidance, reporting, forecasting, and decision support.

    What You'll Do

    • Serve as the primary financial business partner for assigned technology service areas, providing end-to-end financial oversight and strategic guidance.
    • Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, pricing, and ad hoc financial analysis.
    • Partner closely with Service Owners, Project Managers, and Account Managers to manage cost, demand, budgets, and financial performance.
    • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and controls to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Ensure service areas remain financially controlled, expenses are appropriately recovered, and customer financial commitments are met.
    • Provide proactive financial analysis and insights to Service Owners, FP&A, senior leadership, and the parent organization.
    • Support new service development by building business cases, calculating pricing, and evaluating financial impacts.
    • Lead strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business areas.
    • Establish and maintain financial standards and controls for assigned service areas.
    • Participate in customer and stakeholder meetings as needed.
    • Partner with international Service Owners and Finance teams to align on local and global financial activities.
    • Mentor junior team members and lead financial initiatives.
    • Communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Financial Business Partnering, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
    • Experience supporting Financial Services organizations (non-banking preferred).
    • Experience working within a large-scale, global or multinational enterprise environment.
    • Strong experience supporting IT Finance, technology organizations, or technology service portfolios.
    • Strong financial modeling, reporting, forecasting, and data analysis capabilities.
    • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze large and complex data sets.
    • Experience creating reports, dashboards, KPIs, and financial performance metrics.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
    • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively across all levels of an organization.
    • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Understanding of enterprise finance and accounting processes.
    • Experience within the IT industry or supporting technology organizations.
    • Experience with SAP or other enterprise financial systems.
    • Experience working with global stakeholders and international business teams.

    ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The compensation range for this type of role is approximately $115,000-$1125,000. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. The compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, market trends, and specific job assignments.
