Principal Data Scientist will lead a small team of Data Analysts and Engineers across projects, using SQL/Python expertise to extract and analyze complex data, partnering with business and technical teams to identify high-value opportunities, and delivering actionable insights that inform business decisions and strategy while applying AI/ML best practices. Production Data Science role focuses on leveraging large-scale automotive data to develop and deploy machine learning systems driving risk and profitability decisions.

Principal Data Scientist will lead a small team of Data Analysts and Engineers across projects, using SQL/Python expertise to extract and analyze complex data, partnering with business and technical teams to identify high-value opportunities, and delivering actionable insights that inform business decisions and strategy while applying AI/ML best practices. Must have 4+ years' experience in insurance analytics/data science and excellent communication skills.
