Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale compensation consulting projects and complex client engagements.
- Develop compensation strategies, pay structures, incentive plans, and job architecture solutions.
- Analyse market data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance consulting solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of compensation consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in compensation strategy, incentive design, market analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven project leadership and senior client advisory experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Advantageous: Experience supporting global organisations, business development, and AI-enabled compensation technologies.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office or with clients.
