Pressroom Operations Supervisor — Metal Stamping

What your day looks like

At a high-volume metal stamping manufacturer in Bowling Green, you’ll take point on the pressroom floor—setting the pace, aligning the team, and ensuring every run meets production, quality, and safety targets. You’ll kick off with pre-shift meetings, clarify priorities, and coordinate the press line so jobs flow smoothly from setup to completion.

Throughout the shift, you’ll be visible on the floor—coaching operators, reinforcing standard work, facilitating on-the-job training, and stepping in to troubleshoot press or part-quality issues the moment they appear. You’ll also conduct process and 5S audits to keep work areas organized and compliant, while maintaining a strong safety-first mindset.

• Daily press team operations in a fast-paced stamping environment
• Pre-shift meetings to align goals, assign work, and remove blockers
• On-the-job operator training and floor support for line crews
• Real-time troubleshooting of production and quality concerns
• Process and 5S audits to uphold cleanliness, order, and standards
