At Robroy Enclosures, our Press Operators don't just run machines-they take ownership of turning raw materials into high-quality electrical enclosures that protect critical infrastructure.

In this role, you'll set up and operate power presses to mold sheet-molding compound (SMC), ensuring every part meets our safety, quality, and production standards in an ISO-driven environment.

What you'll own:

• Set up dies, fixtures, and machine settings to run production efficiently
• Measure and prepare materials to spec before each run
• Inspect, deburr, drill, and finish parts to print requirements
• Make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and reduce defects
• Track production and inventory with accuracy and accountability
• Identify and address non-conforming products the right way
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all ISO and safety standards

Work environment:
