About the Role
The Prep Cook/Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, supporting the kitchen line, and keeping our kitchen operations running smoothly. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


What You'll Do

• Wash, chop, portion, label, and store ingredients in accordance with recipes
• Assist in preparing sauces, dressings, batters, and other foundational items
• Follow food safety procedures for storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO)
• Keep prep areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Maintain sanitation standards and assist with deep cleaning tasks
• Support line cooks during peak hours by restocking or preparing needed items
• Arrive on time, in uniform, ready to contribute to the team

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age
• No prior experience required — we will train!
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, hot environments
• Reliable transportation to and from the taproom
• Night, weekend, and holiday availability required
