This fast-paced kitchen prepares meals daily for up to 900 students and staff, requiring efficiency, teamwork, and attention to detail. Wash, trim, slice, chop, and portion vegetables, fruits, meats, and cheeses using knives or slicing machines. Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and meeting food safety standards. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, and a passion for quality food is essential.Typical work week is Monday -Friday, 3pm-11pm or 9pm- 5 am. The ideal candidate has their own transportation, as this location is not accessible by public transportation.
