Every great service at Boqueria starts with great prep. Our open kitchens turn out classic Spanish tapas and seasonal small plates made for sharing, and our prep cooks make sure the line has everything it needs. We're looking for prep cooks who love food, sweat the details and take pride in doing things right.
This role is for you if:
• You love food and have a passion for cooking.

What you'll do:
• Prep with care: prepare high-quality ingredients that help create delicious, memorable meals for every guest.
• Execute to standard: follow our recipes and standards on every batch.
• Bring the energy: take it up a notch and add to our positive kitchen culture.
What you bring:
• A strong understanding of and passion for food.
• Experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant.
• The culinary skill to execute our recipes.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
