We are seeking a dedicated Prep/Line Cook to join our dynamic team at Infuse Hospitality in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that align with our mission of providing tailored hospitality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking meals according to established recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Ensure food safety standards are met during food preparation and handling.
- Collaborate with management to plan menus and execute daily specials.
- Create & maintain daily as well as weekly prep lists based on par levels.
- Work line during service hours, executing dishes accurately & timely.
- Check stock levels & prepare ordering lists.
- Communicate with management before shortages or ingredients become an issue.
- Label, date, rotate stock (FIFO.)
- Delegate prep tasks to FOH staff when needed.
- Other duties as needed/assigned
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years in a professional kitchen (prep & line experience required.)
- Knife skills & familiarity with basic kitchen equipment necessary.
- Ability to read & scale recipes.
- Strong organizational skills - requires planning ahead, not just reacting.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work standing for extended shifts.
- Monday - Fridays only.
- Not required: familiarity with inventory & ordering systems.
