As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in delivering a seamless guest experience by supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. From overseeing premium food and beverage service to coaching team members and ensuring operational excellence, you will help create an environment where every guest feels valued before they travel.

What You'll Do:
  •  Supervise daily food and beverage operations within a premium airport lounge environment.
  •  Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  •  Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized guest service.
  •  Assist with training, coaching, scheduling, and developing team members.
  •  Ensure food presentation, quality standards, and service execution meet brand expectations.
  •  Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
  •  Support inventory management, product rotation, and operational organization.
  •  Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  •  Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on service excellence and accountability.
  •  Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming lounge environment for guests and employees.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, food service, restaurants, hotels, airport lounges, catering, or premium guest service environments.
  •  Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  •  Experience supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house teams preferred.
  •  Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  •  Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
  •  Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
  •  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  •  Must be able to obtain airport security clearance and pass a TSA background check
  •  Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Required Certifications:
  •  Oregon Food Handler's Card.
  •  OLCC Alcohol Server Permit.

Physical Requirements:
  •  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours).
  •  Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 35 pounds.
  •  Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
  •  Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the lounge environment.
