What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Proven Leadership: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership setting.
• Acquisition Expertise is a Must: Demonstrated, successful experience in vehicle acquisition, including sourcing, bidding, and purchasing inventory through auctions, trade-ins, and other channels. You know how to find the right cars at the right price.
• Sales and Profit Mastery: A deep understanding of market trends, inventory management, pricing strategies, and maximizing gross profit per unit (GPU).
• Team Development: The ability to recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Process Driven: Commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores and adherence to all dealership and ethical sales processes

Additional Requirements

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must have valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record 

Education and/or Experience

Must have management experience.
