Attorneys in this role are expected to build compelling cases early, leveraging medical documentation, liability analysis, and damages evaluation to position claims for optimal resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a docket of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake to settlementConduct detailed liability and damages investigations, including reviewing police reports, medical records, and insurance policiesDevelop case strategies aligned with high-value outcomes demonstrated in prior successful casesCommunicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout the processNegotiate aggressively with insurance adjusters to secure favorable settlementsDraft demand packages that clearly present liability, damages, and supporting evidenceCoordinate with case managers, medical providers, and experts to strengthen claimsIdentify cases requiring escalation to litigation and ensure smooth transition when necessaryQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in Texas2+ years of experience in personal injury law (pre-litigation experience preferred)Proven ability to negotiate settlements and manage case volume effectivelyStrong analytical, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentPreferred ExperienceBackground handling high-value personal injury claimsFamiliarity with catastrophic injury cases, including spinal injuries, brain injuries, and wrongful deathExperience dealing with insurance carriers and complex liability scenarios#J-18808-Ljbffr
