Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Handle authorizations and work queues (WQ’s)
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience with patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be APeX trained
