    IDR is seeking a PowerBi Data Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves building and expanding an enterprise data and analytics platform within a rapidly growing legal technology organization. The position focuses on developing reliable data pipelines, creating impactful dashboards, and supporting AI-driven insights to optimize legal case management and operations.

    Position Overview for the PowerBi Data Engineer :

    • Develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines bringing data from multiple systems into the company's data environment with strong consistency and integrity.
    • Support a modern Microsoft analytics stack using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to create and optimize data models and datasets.
    • Partner with stakeholders to deliver and refine Power BI dashboards that answer evolving business questions.
    • Integrate data sources such as SQL Server, Salesforce-based systems (including Litify), and other operational systems, contributing to scalable reporting solutions.
    • Contribute to a roadmap progressing from reliable data pipelines to predictive analytics and generative AI narratives that turn dashboards into plain-English insights.

    Requirements for the PowerBi Data Engineer :

    • 515 years of relevant experience in BI, data engineering, or analytics engineering.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dataset design, and dashboard UX collaboration.
    • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or equivalent modern Microsoft BI/data pipeline tooling used daily.
    • Proficiency with SQL/SQL Server and working with production data systems.
    • Solid understanding of enterprise BI architecture, data movement, governance, and scalable reporting.
