Power Platform Developer (Remote)

HEPCO Inc. is seeking a Power Platform Developer for our client to support Microsoft 365 solutions and drive business efficiency through automation and collaboration tools. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in Power Platform, SharePoint, and M365 environments.

In this position, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement both out-of-the-box and custom Microsoft 365 applications. You will play a key role in enhancing collaboration systems, supporting users, and contributing to ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

• Assist stakeholders in gathering and defining requirements for Microsoft 365 solutions
• Design and develop out-of-the-box and custom solutions using Power Platform and SharePoint
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environments including Teams, Exchange, and related tools
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and user training
• Assist with migration efforts from on-premise SharePoint to Microsoft 365
• Collaborate across departments to deliver business value through technology solutions
• Maintain current knowledge of Microsoft 365 development best practices and tools
• Ensure effective communication and strong working relationships across teams
• Perform additional duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Strong commitment to customer service and quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams and Exchange
• Experience with Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps
• Experience with web technologies including JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and HTML
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business process mapping
• Six Sigma Certification
• Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath
• Experience with Nintex Workflow or similar tools
• SharePoint application development certifications
• Familiarity with third-party SharePoint tools such as HarePoint, Bamboo Solutions, or ShareGate

Pay Range: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
