Poultry Plant Shift Manager

Responsible for all shift operations, including maintenance oversight.

Ensure shift staffing and assist supervisors in training, coaching, and leading their teams.

Ensure the production and yield requirements are met.

Ensure all GMP and safety procedures are enforced.

Monitor and control budget spending, managing resources within the goals set forth.

All other relevant tasks to the job.
