POST-ACUTE CARE PHYSICIAN – COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO

Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

Join a growing private practice providing care to patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout the Colorado Springs area. This position offers exceptional flexibility, strong clinical support, and the autonomy to practice medicine without unnecessary administrative burdens.

Open to Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine physicians.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time and part-time schedules available

• Excellent base salary of $250,000–$300,000 plus bonus

• Manageable volume averaging 16 patients per day

• Full benefits, including malpractice coverage, 401(k), and 20 days of PTO

• Mileage reimbursement
