A bit about us:

We are seeking a Portfolio Sales Specialist to develop and expand relationships with key decision-makers across hospitals and healthcare organizations. This field-based position is responsible for driving territory sales, expanding existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and serving as a trusted clinical and product resource for customers.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in medical device or healthcare sales, strong hospital relationships, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and Supply Chain stakeholders.

Why join us?

High-impact healthcare sales role — represent products that directly support patient care and clinical workflows.
Established product portfolio — sell a broad range of clinically important medical products rather than a single solution.
Strong customer relationships — work directly with clinicians, hospital leadership, and Supply Chain decision-makers.
Territory ownership — take responsibility for developing and growing an assigned geographic territory.
Consultative sales environment — act as a clinical and product resource rather than simply taking orders.
Growth opportunities — expand existing hospital relationships while developing new accounts.
Cross-functional exposure — partner with regional leadership and internal teams to execute territory strategies.
Field-based autonomy — manage your schedule, customer relationships, and territory with significant independence.
Industry-leading environment — gain exposure to infusion therapy, oncology, critical care, and specialty healthcare solutions.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's product portfolio, clinical applications, competitive landscape, and relevant industry guidelines.
  • Serve as a consultative resource and clinical problem solver for customers.
  • Understand assigned territories, customer organizations, contracts, products, pumps, solutions, and distribution models.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce products into new departments, facilities, and healthcare systems.
  • Conduct product trials, evaluations, demonstrations, and implementations.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the local healthcare market and maintain relationships with relevant clinical and professional organizations.

  • Attend customer activities that may occasionally require evening or weekend availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.

  • Medical device, healthcare, hospital, or clinical sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling infusion therapy products, IV products, medical devices, or related healthcare solutions preferred.
  • Established relationships within regional hospitals, health systems, or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop existing customer relationships and identify account-growth opportunities.
  • Experience working with hospital Supply Chain, clinical stakeholders, or value analysis teams preferred.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong consultative selling and problem-solving abilities.
