What Youll Do:- Conduct sleep studies on outpatient pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients with various sleep disorders, including sleep apnea and parasomnias
- Prepare and fit patients with positive airway pressure (PAP) masks and troubleshoot equipment
- Follow sleep procedures to record baseline body position, movements, oxygen saturation, respiratory and heart rates
- Monitor electrodes, thermistors, and other probes effectively and change them as needed
- Assist with basic patient care, including ambulation support
- Operate sleep monitoring equipment such as Alice Sleepware G3 (converting to Nihon Kohden) and EMR systems
- Work independently depending on census, with support from team members and management when needed
- Comply with facility policies, including scrubs and badge requirements
What You Need:- Required Certifications: BLS, RPSGT or RRT-SDS, LA State License
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; travel experience required
- Ability to troubleshoot sleep monitoring equipment and assist patients comfortably
- Comfortable working independently in a clinical environment
- Strong communication skills and technical proficiency
