Job Summary
Position SummaryThe PM Maintenance Supervisor supports the team in coordinating facility operations and maintenance activities during sporting events, concerts, and special events. overseeing the maintenance, repair,
and operational readiness of stadium kitchens, concession stands, bars, portable food locations, and premium hospitality areas.
This position supports event-day operations by coordinating maintenance staff, responding to equipment failures, and ensuring all food and beverage facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant with applicable health
and safety standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing maintenance operations during events.Provide event-day support to ensure all food and beverage equipment is operating properly before, during, and after events.Respond promptly to equipment failures and emergency maintenance issues affecting food and beverage operations.Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for:Refrigeration systemsFreezers and coolersIce machinesOvens and cooking equipmentFryers and grillsBeverage dispensing systemsPlumbing fixturesElectrical systemsExhaust hoods and ventilation systemsConduct routine inspections of food and beverage facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.Assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs for food service equipment.Coordinate with Operations, Culinary, Warehouse, and Concessions teams to minimize operational disruptions.Monitor contractor work and service vendors performing repairs or maintenance.Ensure compliance with OSHA, health department, fire safety, and company safety standards.Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, inspection reports, and equipment records.Assist with inventory management of maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts.Support facility shutdown and startup procedures before and after events.Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.Enforce workplace safety procedures and compliance with facility policies.Any other duties assigned QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Minimum 2-3 years of facility maintenance, stadium operations, or event venue experience preferred.Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.Ability to read and follow maintenance schedules and work orders.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular schedules based on event requirements.Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
