PM Cook/Hilton East Hotel

**Job Summary:**
Here at Hilton East Tucson, we are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled PM Cook to join our team. The PM Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a cook
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment
- Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and ingredients

**Additional Requirements:**
- Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
