We're looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber ready to bring expertise, energy, and top-tier service to a diverse portfolio of apartment properties. This role is essential in ensuring residents enjoy safe, comfortable, and fully functioning homes.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine plumbing maintenance and repairs in apartment units and common areas
- Quickly diagnose and resolve plumbing issues with minimal resident disruption
- Install plumbing fixtures and systems in compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce future repairs and system failures
- Handle emergency plumbing situations efficiently and professionally
- Work closely with property teams to coordinate repairs and minimize impact on residents
- Maintain accurate records of all work, inspections, and parts used
What You Bring:
- Current Journeyman Plumber license
- 3+ years of experience in plumbing (residential/multifamily preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Great communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, crawl, and work in tight spaces
