Your Impact

• Execute precise machine setups aligned with production plans and part specs.
• Stabilize processes and monitor key parameters to ensure repeatability and quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and production to optimize cycles and resolve issues.
• Document process conditions, production metrics, and machine performance accurately.
• Share knowledge and assist with training to elevate team capability and safety.
• Keep the workstation safe, clean, and organized at all times.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and walking for stretches up to 12 hours in a shift.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling/certifications are advantageous.
• Proven experience in molding process roles (injection and/or blow molding).
• Solid command of molding machinery and process fundamentals.
• Resourceful problem-solver with fine attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
• Effective communicator with a constructive, positive outlook.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime when required.
