direction and day-to-day leadership to a multi-level organization of
managers, supervisors, and operations personnel while fostering a culture
of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvementYou will direct facility
resources, operating budgets, and capital investments to ensure reliable,
efficient production that meets demanding customer specifications and
business objectives, while developing talent, building organizational
capability, and maintaining workforce engagementChampion world-class safety,
regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, quality, and operational
reliability programs, ensuring adherence to company standards, government
regulations, and customer requirementsDrive operational performance
