Responsibilities:
- The Plant Controller is the financial backbone of a ~$100M opto-mechanical defense and imaging manufacturing operation, owning the integrity of the plant's financials from the shop floor up.
- This hands-on role demands deep expertise in internal controls (SOX, inventory, and revenue-cycle safeguards over a large, WIP-heavy balance sheet), cost accounting (standard costing, BOMs, work orders, and manufacturing variance analysis), and managerial accounting (product-line and program margin analytics, absorption, and the monthly plant P&L, inventory, and capital forecast).

Requirements:
- We're looking for 7+ years in cost and managerial accounting within a complex discrete-manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated track record building and enforcing rigorous internal controls
- Strong ERP/MES fluency
