This role will maintain accurate work orders using ERP systems and Excel, track work in progress, and coordinate with various departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Previous experience in inventory, planning, materials coordination, assembly, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

Kimco Staffing is hiring a Planning Coordinator for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity in Henderson, NV!

Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM, with overtime as needed
Location: Henderson, NV

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Planning Coordinator to support daily production and assembly operations. This role will maintain accurate work orders using ERP systems and Excel, track work in progress, and coordinate with various departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Print work orders and production packets and distribute them to Assembly Line Leads
• Enter work orders into Excel trackers and update work-in-progress information daily
• Process and reconcile production/assembly orders
• Assist with material shortages and stock adjustments needed to close work orders
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Receiving, and Assembly teams 
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• BOM experience is a plus!

 

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous experience in inventory, planning, materials coordination, assembly, manufacturing, or a related field preferred

• ERP system experience

• Microsoft Excel experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Quick learner with strong follow-through

• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments
