- Henderson, NV
- $20.00/hour
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to help keep our warehouse running efficiently. If you have shipping and receiving experience, forklift skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to join a stable company with room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer and transfer orders
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries
- Update inventory using ERP/WMS systems
- Resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies
- Organize inventory and maintain an orderly warehouse
- Assist with inventory counts, kitting, and other warehouse operations
- Cross-train to support multiple warehouse functions
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience
- ERP experience required (Business Central is a plus)
- Forklift experience required
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
Requirements
- Must successfully pass a background check (required by the client)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available to work the full Monday–Friday schedule
