Job Details

Active New York Bar license
5+ years of plaintiff-side asbestos litigation experience
Strong knowledge of asbestos-related diseases, exposure pathways, and product identification
Experience handling corporate discovery and depositions
Experience developing and working with experts
Ability to independently manage a complex asbestos docket
Strong written, oral advocacy, and client communication skills
Trial preparation experience strongly preferred
Additional state admissions are a plus
