Plaintiff Asbestos Attorney

We are actively seeking a Plaintiff Asbestos Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop within a supportive, team-oriented environment while gaining hands-on litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Caseload: 10-15 cases in various jurisdictions across the country
• Will need to travel - 
• 100% Mesothelioma
• Attend court appearances and hearings
• Attorneys without Trial Capacity will attend in a Joint Capacity to learn and grow

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Plaintiff Products Liability/Catastrophic Injury experience
• Asbestos case management preferred
• Trial experience preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state
