    Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Orthopedics
    Clinic: Spine & Sport Physical Therapy
    Location: 1801 Cleveland Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95401
    Schedule: Full-time
    Compensation: $32.00–$42.00 per hour + monthly incentive bonus (commensurate with experience)

    Job Summary:
    We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Santa Rosa clinic. In this role, you’ll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality treatment in a fast-paced, supportive outpatient orthopedic setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Treat patients under a licensed PT’s plan of care

    • Accurately document treatment sessions using EMR

    • Support a safe and welcoming clinical environment

    • Work collaboratively with a skilled clinical team

    Services Offered:

    • Manual therapy and functional rehab

    • Pre- and post-operative care

    • Chronic condition management

    • Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant in California

    • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

    Physical Requirements:

    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs

    • Prolonged standing and walking

    • Manual dexterity and ability to observe and assist patients
