Description

Our client, a Medical Center company, is looking for a Physical Therapist - Inpatient for their Brockton, MA location.

Responsibilities:

Inpatient Rehab department is made up of PT and OT. We provide coverage throughout the inpatient floors of the hospital. Patients seen include those ranging from birth through elderly age, can have varying impairments related to musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-surgical diagnoses.

Requirements:

1+ years of physical therapy in an acute care setting. Ideal overall experience is over 2 years.
Must be familiar with the acute care hospital setting, have excellent patient handling skills and transfer techniques, be a good communicator, comfortable working with other members of the health care team (i.e. nursing, MD, Case management), team player, strong time management skills, be self-directed, flexible and able to multitask.
MA PT licensure, CPR certification (AHA BLS healthcare provider).
Basic Life Support (BLS)
MA Licensed
