Description:
• This is an opportunity for a Physical Therapist to work in a skilled nursing facility in the Brooklyn, NY area. 
• This is a contract position with a Monday to Friday day shift schedule. 
• The role requires a licensed professional with experience in a similar setting and familiarity with rehabilitation software.

Requirements:
• New York State Licensed Physical Therapist
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Knowledge of rehabilitation management software
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
• Bachelor's Degree

Qualifications:
• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State
• At least one year of experience in a skilled nursing environment
• Proficient in using rehabilitation software
• BLS certification
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
