    Position Overview

    The Enterprise Physical Security team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Physical Security Systems Analyst to support physical security technology, data management, compliance, reporting, documentation, and administrative activities.

    This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional interested in building a career in physical security, corporate security operations, compliance, technology, data management, or business operations. No prior physical security experience is required.

    The successful candidate will work closely with Physical Security Technology, Corporate Security, Facilities, Compliance, and Operations teams to maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready security records and support day-to-day operational activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update physical security records, databases, inventories, and tracking systems.

    • Perform data entry, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy.

    • Support badge access reviews, compliance audits, governance activities, and security-related reporting.

    • Generate reports, metrics, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.

    • Assist with SharePoint site administration, document management, and records organization.

    • Maintain security-related records, procedures, process documentation, and other controlled documents.

    • Support project tracking, status reporting, meeting follow-ups, and action-item management.

    • Assist with inventory management and asset tracking for physical security technologies and equipment.

    • Identify data discrepancies, investigate inconsistencies, and support corrective-action activities.

    • Help ensure physical security information remains accurate, current, organized, and audit-ready.

    • Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency and data quality.

    • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support physical security technology and administrative processes.

    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or a related field.

    • 0 2 years of professional experience; recent graduates and candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

    • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data-review capabilities.

    • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and maintain accurate records.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with SharePoint administration or document management.

    • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or Power Automate.

    • Experience working with large datasets, reporting, data validation, or data reconciliation.

    • Exposure to audits, compliance programs, records management, governance, or project coordination.

    • Internship or academic project experience in corporate security, compliance, technology, facilities, business operations, or data management.

    • Familiarity with physical security technologies, access control systems, security databases, or asset-tracking processes is a plus.
