Responsibilities:
Build
and manage your own book of business (client portfolio)
Consistentlymeet
or exceed sales quotas
Must
be Self-Motivated, have a Great Work Ethic, and remain Teachable.
Work
closely with Sales Managers to refine sales strategies amp; scripts
Make
outbound/inbound calls and close high-ticket phone sales
Qualifications:
1–2+
years of phone sales/inside sales experience (REQUIRED)
Proven
ability to close deals over the phone
Strong
negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
Highly
self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Ability
to work both independently and in a team environment
