Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Technician to join a high-volume pharmacy setting in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of pharmacy operations experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily pharmacy operations in a high-volume setting.
• Process and handle prescription-related tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with medication preparation, packaging, labeling, and inventory activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other pharmacy staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
• Perform other pharmacy operations duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of pharmacy operations experience in a high-volume setting.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
• PTCB certification required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a local candidate able to commute to the Philadelphia, PA location.

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity:
This position offers the potential for permanent employment after successfully completing approximately 13 weeks in the contract position.
