Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Refill Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations at a healthcare facility in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced refill pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage prescription refill requests accurately and efficiently.
• Review refill information and assist with prescription processing.
• Enter and update prescription and patient information in the pharmacy system.
• Communicate with pharmacists and other healthcare team members regarding refill requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Assist with general pharmacy technician duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician registration required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a pharmacy team.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8.5-hour shifts

Flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM.
