Position Overview

We are seeking Pharmacy Support Specialists to support day-to-day pharmacy warehouse, cashier, packing, and supply operations. This role is a great opportunity for individuals interested in pharmacy operations, including pharmacy technicians who are not yet certified.

The position focuses primarily on non-medication pharmacy support activities, inventory organization, warehouse operations, and cashier/register functions.

Available Shifts

• 2 openings: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• 1 opening: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, organize, and maintain pharmacy supply pallets.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of pharmacy storage, warehouse, and supply areas.
• Monitor and maintain adequate supplies of non-medication items.
• Support daily pharmacy warehouse and storage operations.
• Organize and maintain inventory and supplies for efficient access.
• Perform cashier/register functions and process prescription transactions for patients.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during register interactions.
• Escalate medication-related questions or issues to the appropriate pharmacy staff.
• Assist with packing and other pharmacy support activities as assigned.
• Follow department procedures and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Perform other non-medication duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

• Pharmacy support, pharmacy technician, warehouse, cashier, packing, or healthcare operations experience preferred.
• Pharmacy technician certification is not required for this opportunity.
• Strong organizational and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and organize supply materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

Work Environment

This position combines pharmacy warehouse operations, supply management, cashier functions, and patient-facing support. The role does not primarily involve dispensing medications; medication-related concerns are escalated to licensed pharmacy staff.
