Location: Austin, Texas

Department/Specialty: Pharmacy 

Schedule: M-F | 40-hours 

How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • On-site analyst role supporting the Ascension Home Delivery Pharmacy in Austin, TX
  • Manage 340B purchasing operations, drug ordering, wholesaler supplies, and inventory logistics
  • Generate and analyze reports from 340B TPA systems to identify issues and cost-saving opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal inventory teams and external 340B pharmacy partners regarding orders and shipments
  • Maintain inventory documentation and assist with physical receiving, packaging, and shipping of medications
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need:
  • 1-2 years of Pharmacy Buyer experience.
  • Knowledge of DSCSA.
  • Experience with wholesalers (e.g., McKesson or Cardinal).
  • Competence with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong professional email communication skills for various stakeholders (Pharmacy, Finance).
  • Preference for candidates currently working on-site at the Ascension Home Delivery pharmacy in Texas.
  • Bonus: 340B knowledge or experience.
