Pay Rate: 20/hr (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST

Contract: 09/21/2026 to 12/19/2026 (If To Hire: TBD)

Position Overview

The Pharm Clerk is responsible for accurately and efficiently packing medications for delivery while maintaining a strong focus on quality, patient satisfaction, and productivity. This position involves packing both cold and ambient medications using manual and semi-automated methods.

The ideal candidate will have previous packing experience. Healthcare or medication-related experience is preferred, but candidates with experience packing products for direct customer delivery are also encouraged to apply. Thorough training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack cold and ambient medications using manual and semi-automated processes.
• Ensure medications are packed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Work with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-moving environment.
• Ensure expected minimum packing quantities are consistently met.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality.
• Follow instructions and established processes carefully.
• Support a team-oriented environment focused on patient satisfaction.
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliability.
• Help ensure medications are prepared accurately and efficiently for customer delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous packing experience preferred.
• Healthcare or medication-related experience is a plus.
• Experience packing products for direct customer delivery is acceptable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.

Physical Requirements

• This is primarily a standing and walking position.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to remain active and productive throughout the scheduled shift.

Schedule & Availability

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Overtime may occasionally be required before or after the scheduled shift.
• Weekend work may occasionally be required.
• Most holidays are worked.
