You’ll work face-to-face with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, generating new business, building customer relationships, and learning how to communicate, negotiate, and close deals.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new customers through face-to-face sales and neighborhood canvassing
• Build and maintain relationships with residential customers
• Educate homeowners about pest-control services and identify their needs
• Conduct basic property inspections and identify signs of pest activity
• Track customer interactions, sales activity, and route performance
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional services
• Work with your team to hit goals, improve performance, and celebrate wins

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required. If you have the right attitude and work ethic, we can train you on the sales process.
